In order to attract foreign capital into economic development in Dominica, the island government has launched an investment - settlement policy that is attractive to international investors since 1993. That allows investors to contribute to the National Development Fund, or invest in real estate to own citizenship for the whole family after only 3-6 months with simple and transparent requirements.
