Highlights

Aberystwyth pioneered the study of international relations after the first world war. Today, the teaching of International Politics at Aberystwyth ranks in the top 150 in the world (by QS World University Rankings), as is Geography, Agriculture and Forestry majors. English Language, Literature and Environmental Science are in the top 300.
The school is investing in new facilities, over £100 million. The £45 million new student housing estate on Ferm Penglais offers the best student accommodation in the UK, and £8.1 million is used to upgrade learning and teaching facilities to be completed in the near future, providing the latest in multimedia technology in conference rooms and lecture halls.

Aberystwyth International Scholarship (AIS) worth £2,000 a year for international (non-EU) students to commence full-time study in the Fall 2017 semester

Postgraduate

Please note that self-funded full-time Masters students are eligible for one of two £2,000 international scholarships, or if students have academic results equivalent to the UK 1st Class Honors may receive an international postgraduate scholarship for outstanding students £5,000.
