Masters are paid the following: 40,000 for first unit + (# of units x7,000 per unit)
If we determine 20 can fit comfortably inall of Vietnam: 40,000. + (20 x7,000) = 180,000 to the Master Owner will be due
We do allow 50% down on the 140,000 number, on the first Signing Day
Commission to broker = 20,000 for first unit. + (30% x the 140,000 total
for the multiple units that owner can open for themselves or SUB-franchise to an individual/group) = 62,000 to broker
ALL PAID UPFRONT, even if the New Master Owner chose to take the 50% route.
