The Start-up Visa Program was launched by Ministry of Immigration of Canada on April 1, 2013 with the aim of attracting foreign entrepreneurs with new and groundbreaking business ideas to immigrate to Canada. The Government of Canada expects the startup projects of immigrant entrepreneurs to promote the development of the local economy and create jobs.

Approved candidates will have the right to immigrate to Canada as a Permanent Resident immediately, regardless of whether the startup project is successful or not.

REQUEST CANADA SUV IMMIGRATION CONSULTING PROGRAM

  • Applicants and family members are in good health with no criminal record.
  • Applicants must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education (college, university), and have no bad grades.
  • Have English or French skills CLB5 (equivalent to IELTS 5.0).
  • Have enough money for family living (spouse, children) for the first year in Canada.
  • There is a Letter of Support sent directly to the candidate by designated Government organizations including:

+ Angel Investors.

+ Venture Capital Fund.

+ Business Incubator.

Minimum committed finance/minimum investment from investment funds:

  • $200,000 from a Venture Capital Fund, or
  • $75,000 from Angel Investors.

IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

  1. Considering your experience may be taking a position in a startup. Up to 5 people to participate in a project (accompanied by family including spouse and children).
  2. Work with Angel Investor on startup ideas.
  3. Receive Angel Investor’s commitment letter to each member.
  4. Complete the immigrant visa application process.
  5. The members come to Canada on an immigrant visa and started implementing the project. Project success or failure does not affect the permanent residency of members. Permanent residency is permanent. Members are not bound to live in Canada.
  6. Consulting to support or represent project members to achieve the highest efficiency of the startup project.
