Visa 188B – Government bond investment under the Business Innovation and Investment Provisional Visas for investors with successful investment management and investment experience in Vietnam and ability and desire to invest and settle in Australia.

Applicant requirements for Visa 188B

• Have total personal assets (including investment and business capital) of at least 2.25 million Australian dollars.
• The applicant must directly manage the business and own assets must be at least 10% of the total value of the company’s assets.
• Commit to an investment of 1.5 million Australian dollars in government bonds of the state or territory where you will settle.
• Have at least 3 years of successful and experience in the investment field and demonstrate good skills in managing profitable investments.

Requirements to be officially settled

• Have lived in Australia for a minimum of 2 years for 4 years.
• The applicant and family members still have visa 188.
• Comply with tax, retirement, labor or any other regulations related to business/investment activities.
• The investment of AUD 1,500,000 is still maintained and continuous for 4 years

Processing time for Visa application 188B

• Prepare documents (1 – 2 months).
• Apply for the EOI online selective profile.
• Submit application for state guarantee (wait 2-3 months).
• Submit your application to the Australian Department of Immigration within 60 days of receiving the invitation.
• Transfer AUD 1,500,000 to Australia to buy Government bonds or AUD 5,000,000 to invest in Government regulated items.
• Visa is granted.
